Another glimpse back. I recall that the weather on that day was much nicer than today’s - although later on it did rain. I took a fairly long walk up to Bradfield - visiting the village church. I was quite surprised to see that the local sheep had been called in to cut the grass. I wasn’t sure if it was the most respectful way of keeping the grave yard tidy - it did seem nicely holistic after some reflection.
I now wish I’d made more of today - it was given to me as a statutory holiday treat and I all but wasted it. There won’t be any nice photos from today to look back on next year. Still, I did have the pleasure of meeting a couple of new people - maybe new friends. Not a complete waste then!
